1. Introduction & Applicability
9wicket (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "9wicket") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9wicket.
By using our website or mobile application, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These Terms have been written to ensure clarity for users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence.
2. Account Registration & Management
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create an account on 9wicket, you must:
- At least 18 years years of age
- Must have full legal capacity
- Must not be located in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited
- Accurate and complete personal information must be provided
2.2 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device, or IP address. A account may be opened. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
9wicket reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. The following documents may typically be required:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of Payment Method
- Proof of Current Address
Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension and withheld withdrawals.
2.4 Account Security
Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
Warning: Allowing another person to use your account is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Bonus Eligibility
9wicket offers a range of bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are listed alongside the respective offer.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses require a specific wagering amount (wagering requirement) before you can withdraw. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being voided.
3.3 Bonus Expiry
Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires. Bonuses cannot be extended or reinstated.
3.4 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — including arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in all bonuses and associated winnings being voided.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
9wicket supports a variety of local and international payment methods. No processing fees are charged on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests typically take 24–72 hours to process. To make a withdrawal:
- Full account verification (KYC) must be completed
- The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount must be met
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met
4.3 Refund Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of a technical error or duplicate charge, 9wicket will investigate and resolve the issue. Any refund claims must be submitted to support within 30 days.
4.4 Currency & Conversion
9wicket supports transactions in multiple currencies, including BDT. Prevailing exchange rates will apply to any currency conversions.
5. Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on 9wicket use an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, ensuring that every game outcome is entirely random and impartial.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a server outage or software error makes the outcome of any game uncertain, 9wicket reserves the right to void the bet and return the wagered amount. Any payout resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.
5.3 Maximum Bet Limit
Each game and market has a maximum bet limit. 9wicket is not obligated to accept any bet that exceeds this limit.
6. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9wicket:
- Fraud and Deception: Providing a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information
- Bots & Automation: Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the platform
- Hacking: Unauthorized access attempts to the platform's systems, software, or network
- Chargeback fraud: Filing a chargeback against a valid deposit
- Using another person's account: Using another person's account or accepting payments from third parties
7. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not sell your data to third parties. However, information may be shared with specific service providers when required by law, for KYC verification, or for fraud prevention purposes.
8. Responsible Gaming
9wicket firmly believes that gaming is meant for entertainment, not addiction. We actively work to prevent and address problem gambling.

9. Limitation of Liability
9wicket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection
- Third-party provider error
- Data loss resulting from external cyberattacks
- Temporary service suspension due to regulatory changes
In all circumstances, 9wicket's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in the last 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms & Account Termination
10.1 Changes to Terms
9wicket reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.2 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn before closure (subject to applicable conditions).
10.3 9wicket's Rights
In cases of terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity, 9wicket reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance.
